Projects
BVI User Assistant
An AI assistant built for BVI operators to reduce the time spent navigating technical manuals during live system faults. It reads the current system state and retrieves relevant procedures from an internal knowledge base, then presents step-by-step troubleshooting guidance in plain language. The domain is modeled across a PostgreSQL schema that links system events, session history, and documentation, with a polling pipeline that keeps the assistant's view of the system current. The backend is containerized with Docker and deployed through a GitLab CI/CD pipeline, so updates reach production quickly and consistently.
Pathfinder Visualizer
An interactive visualizer for pathfinding algorithms, built in C++ with SFML. It implements A*, Dijkstra, and BFS over a weighted grid where users can place obstacles and assign terrain costs, then observe each algorithm explore the grid cell by cell. The architecture defines a shared interface for every solver, so the renderer is agnostic to the active algorithm and new strategies can be added without modifying existing code. That separation allowed BFS to be introduced as a third option with no changes to the original solvers.
A stock analysis tool that combines news sentiment with technical indicators to produce support and resistance levels alongside a confidence score for each signal. It ingests live market data through REST APIs, computes moving averages, and generates buy and sell signals based on the combined analysis. A backtesting view replays historical signals against actual price movement, giving users a way to evaluate model performance before relying on it for live decisions.
AI Resume Analyzer
A Python tool that evaluates how well a resume matches a job description. It embeds both documents with BERT and computes a similarity score, extracts the skills that align and those that are missing, and generates targeted suggestions for improving the resume. In testing it reaches approximately 85% agreement with manual scoring of the same resume and job description pairs.
Stock Portfolio Tracker
A Java desktop application for tracking personal stock holdings and their real-time valuation. Users add positions and the app fetches current prices to recompute profit and loss as the market moves. It relies on BigDecimal arithmetic to avoid rounding errors in financial calculations and presents results in a clean, readable table layout.
Currency Converter App
A Python desktop application that converts between 180+ currencies using real-time exchange rates. The Tkinter interface presents full currency names rather than codes for clearer selection, and returns current conversions on demand. It is designed as a lightweight, single-purpose tool for quick reference without navigating between multiple sources.
